The Broken Speaker is a Halifax based music blog that started in January of 2010.The purpose of this blog is to provide readers with entertaining music content. While the blog will have a distinctive East Coast flavour, there will also be content regarding other Canadian artists and some international artists. A key aspect of the site will be concert reviews. This will include pictures, reviews, and if possible the setlist. Also look for occasional interviews here and there.
If you are an artist or band and would like to have your music listened to by us and possibly reviewed feel free to fire us an e-mail. While we won’t promise to put your music up every time, we will at least give it a fair listen. Thanks for visiting!
