Being a blonde Yukoner, how could I not fall for Yukon Blonde's rich rock and roll stamina and dreamy melodies? Even if you are't really all that into rock and roll (which you should be) how can you not fall for all that hair?! Yukon Blonde puts on some great shows and are a great group of guys. I am beyond excited to hear Tiger Talk live for the first time this Saturday. (Then again in Victoria, then again in Vancouver... who said groupies are dwindling?)

I didn't know much about Library Voices until HPX. I had heard a few of their songs before but was never very keen on any of them. Until I saw them live . Their absolute full out energy on stage is something that cannot go unnoticed. Their instrumentals will have the entire bar on their feet in no time. Theres something to be said about artists who put that much effort into their shows, because lets face it, we're now living in a time of free downloads and streaming and without stellar shows like Library Voices had proven to accomplish, artists wouldn't be making much money anymore.

Overall, I'm adrenalized for this Saturday night!
